She does have the registration papers, and I do feel it odd that she didn't see the parents either. I have seen both mothers of my current babies, so it's a little hard to believe.

If she is getting irritated at your questions, walk away! There is a reason she doesn't want you to know the answers! I find it hard to believe she paid $2500.00 for a dog she wasn't planning to breed!
You would be buying Vanilla on just HER word, as you haven't seen parents nor do you know ANYTHING about the TRUE vaccinations of this dog or the dogs background! I would walk away!
