Did your vet inform you why he felt that a c-section was need? Did he perform an ultra-sound on her to evaluate her reproductive organs to see if she would be unable to deliver these pups naturally. Was there indication that these pups were not in the right position?
You didn't say how old your yorkie is?
Do you have someone knowledgable to assist you in this whelp?
