But what I do for my Jackson is use lots of food. I usually will trim him up after exercise (a long walk, or a day at the dog park) when he's almost too tired to care. I use a really yummy treat (like real meat) when getting a bath and trimming hair. Get him used to you touching his face first without even using the scissors and always treat him and tell him he's a good boy. Then slowly introduce the scissors. Maybe even just lay them on the bed, with a treat on top of them and let him associate them with a good thing!
