Ruger is finally, for the most part, housebroken at my place. One day he even brought me his leash -- yea!

Unfortunately, when he's at my girlfriend's house he pees and poops all over the place. She has an 8 yearl old Westie, and Ruger is very dominate towards him, but they get along for the mostpart.

She has a fenced in front yard, so we just open the door at times and let both dogs out, but often Ruger will run back inside and go for the food bowl.

I will admit that at my place I can keep an eye on Ruger pretty much all the time, but her house is three floors, and most of the pee winds up on the tile just inside the front door.

Could the Westie be the problem? And what can we do to solve it?
