Yes it is. There are at least 3 other baseball diamonds but they're not completely fenced in. I think the local high schools use this field for their games during baseball/softball season. It has a scoreboard, the dugouts, the whole thing. It was Kaji and my favorite place to go when we lived in Irvine. Aahhh... to go back to those college days.
