There are many biewers without black on their backs and face. In fact..I have seen Biewer to Biewer bred puppie's marked just as light as this dog.
However, the point is moot...as the ad does say she is an AKC parti yorkie. I assume she is a gold parti.
To the op...just picture this little girl blue and tan. She would look like 75 % of the pet quality yorkies on this very site. I think she is adorable and would make a very nice pet. And...she is reasonable priced for a parti yorkie too.
