Looks yorkie to me just needs some grooming and TLC . Rescue yorkies are a decent price . Who knows why they are selling . If shots are up to date that means there is a Vet .I don't know about there but here .We can get permission to talk to the vet and inquire about the health .I would ask of this . Or to see all the vet papers when you go . This gives you peace of mind and a little more knowledge
