well.. i couldnt agreed more that the puppy does not look like 18 months old at all.. indeed im pretty sure she's not. she looks like she's around 18 weeks like everyone else said but if the owner really did said she is 18 months old then i personally dont think the owner is trusty.. it sounds like some kind of a cheat to me. i have had an experience like this once but not with yorkie... but i found out later on.. however.. i think 400 is a really good price.. if the puppy is healthy and was not born with any genetic disease that is..
