I use 3 bags and a clean gallon milk jug. Steep them and let cool. Pour into the jug and fill the rest of the way with water. You can pour it over the dog as a rinse . Don't worry about getting in eyes, mouth, or ears it is non-toxic and works great for pets with allergy eyes. Or you can just soak a cloth in it and wipe them down. When using as a rinse do not wash it off, just dry as usual.
