Bailey can be very anti-social. She seems to have a way of picking what dogs she's willing to deem good enough for her to play with. But, most of the time, she is very snobbish...but she is almost 2 and hasn't played with a lot of other dogs. She is only 3 pounds, but prefers to play with bigger, much bigger dogs than herself.
