I got myself up to 230# and I was feeling awful. Diets didn't work so I had lapband surgery. I've lost~60# and I feel great BUT it has come with a price. I can no longer enjoy my beloved Diet Coke or an icy beer or a whole holiday meal.
At at 5'3" & 170 people probably think I'm fat but I don't give a rip! My hubby thinks I'm hot & that's what matters! |
