I'm looking for a veterinary orthopedic surgeon in Michigan, I'm in the Southfield area not far from Detroit, and prefer someone in my area. I was told by my vet that my little Yorkie has luxating patella in both hind legs, he recommended Dr Wright at Gasow Veterinary Hospital, in Birmingham Dr. Wright seems nice, but I want to talk to more then one surgeon, before I decide who should do the surgery. If you live in the michigan area and have been through this surgery with your yorkie, please let me know, and give me as much information as you can about your surgeon.
