I can appreciate your frustration but, do you think that maybe you could stick it out a little longer and maybe search here on YT for more advise on things to try for her IBD?
If not, then I'd try the Rescue route...you've been given two recommendations and I'd like to mention YTNR (
www.yorkierescue.com) if the other two do not have available foster homes to take Tulla.
