I also thought it was a lot of hogwash, but lo and behold it is true! Hugo is neutered. However, I think the need rose out of (Please dont go for my juglar dog shower's) the need to have studs not operated for the show ring. I have enough bills and rather save that money for Hugo's emergency fund.
