I am a secretary for a high school (actually the one I graduated from almost 25 years ago) I work for one of the assistant principals . . .we only deal with the students who are in trouble for something or other, attendance, discipline, state reports, answering to parents sums up my daily job duties, oh, and keeping my 32 year old boss from getting sidetracked . . .
I never get to see the good kids . . except if they are being dismissed . . .my job, I have to say, is never dull, there is ALWAYS something going on . . .
Only 12 more years till I can retire! By then we'll probably have metal detectors . . .
