1st of all calm down. Yorkies are hypoallergenic and while they still shed some dander, not enough to make anyone with a slight dog allergy suffer. However, your puppies dander may not be what is causing your allergies. You may be allergic to any product that has been applied on your puppy's fur. For example. I always thought I was allergic to my mother in law's poodle... I would get so itchy, get runny eyes and nose, and sneeze like crazy. Poodles are also hypoallergenic dogs so I had the allergist run an allergy test on me. I am not allergic to dogs, however I am allergic to dust and dust mites which can be on her fur. I did discover later when I used my MIL's shampoo to bathe our puppy that I am deathly allergic to that stuff! I actually got hives from where it came in contact with me. I have also heard of people being allergic to Frontline and Advantage - so, try to eliminate your possibilities. Do you have an allergist who could maybe test you? Good luck!
