Thank you. So no puppy is born with a silk coat... the puppy coat will be a different texture. The reason I ask is because an ad has come out in our paper that advertises 7 week old yorkies who have a silk coat. My breeder who has many years experience told me that alot of times puppy coats have no reflection as to what their adult coats will actually be.
