HI puppies is definitely a place I would repurchase, or recommend to anyone!
However each is to its own, bottom line you have to do what makes you feel comfortable.....
Your puppy was purchased at 1 month old, or about 4 weeks. Puppies should be with their mothers for 3 months or 12 weeks to get proper socialization. It can be very detrimental to the puppies socialization and overall health to be sold that young. This is why this breeder does not seem reputable.
