Unfortunately, I found this post after I got my baby from star yorkie kennel. I do not regret it because I think of it this way: 1. I got a beautiful dog 2. He has a way better life with me! I am writing this to warn anyone considering buying from them DON'T!!! When I went there I thought it was nice, clean, legit and I love his puppies. I contacted him regarding a yorkie-poo, which is what I thought I purchased. In Feb. I finally decided I was going to get my baby neutered and when I was there they told me, the morning of the surgery, that they could not do it because he was a yorkie-shih tzu and the anesthesia won't work with his face. I was so upset and confused I bought a DNA analysis to prove he was a yorkie-poo and they didn't know what they were talking about. It came back a few days ago and he is not a yorkie-poo. He has yorkie, shih tzu, pekeges, golden retreiver, and rhodesian ridgeback. Ah it makes me angry that I let myself be taken advantage of like this! I am waiting for a response from Star Yorkie but want to let everyone know so that you can be more informed than I was. Pass this along to anyone you know who is considering them. Also, I noticed everyone only talks about sick dogs from them, makes me wonder if I am the only one who paid for a certain dog and got another. Thanks for letting me get this out. Sorry
