If you are not will to spay or nuter then the only thing you can do it keep them seperate. Seperate crates or babygates to keep them in seperate rooms of the house. That will be hard because the male will want to get at the female as he will smell she is in heat a mile away. I hope that you are willing to do a lot more research before you breed and I would really like to see these 2 fixed until you have a mentor to help you.
