With cupcakes being so popular, I have just added a new design to the website. It has a lot of fun features, like the double ricrac on the peter pan colar, an adorable squiggle cupcake applique to match the prints on the skirt, a coordinating satin bow and generous tulle underlay in 2 spring colors of lavander and spring green . . . of course it comes standard with a d-ring for lease attachment and fully lined.
