Oh before that episode, I loved the show too and I even really liked Patti. I agree that she says things before thinking but she didn't just tell someone that they had ugly curly hair and it needed to be straightened OR that they dressed like a grandma and needed to find some new clothes. That's being honest, not hurtful. However, she did say that she HATES a group of women based on their haircolor. That's what hate groups do. They hate people based on their skin color, or their religion, ect. She wasn't just saying without speaking.... she obviously had a bad experience with 1 or 2 redheaded women and now in her mind they are all the same and she HATES them. I just think it shows her intelligence.....or lack of.
