Call me boring but I always bring the same lunches
chicken and rice alternated with lean steak and sweet potatoes and cucumbers
it's easy because I always know what I'm having. I also eat mostly plain stuff. If I eat pasta or bread, I get sluggish and that usually causes sugar urges that result in a 3:00 PM donut or candy run. I also don't do well with sodium or all the nitrates in processed stuff like cheese or soups (unless homemade soup) I also keep my blood sugar up with protein shakes. I try to eat 5-6 times per day although lately it's not been good with a sick dog at home. We are getting back on track though
