post has been taken down.. but I did get an email a couple days ago about a dog, same age, same name from some local yorkie contacts... late corrected to say he weighs 13 pounds (owner was WAY off). So if it is the same dog, at least good yorkie people are watching out for him and trying to place him in a good home.
