I so completely agree with this! It boggles my mind that you have to obtain a lisence to drive a car, buy a gun, or CATCH A FISH, but any complete moron can have a child (or purchase a pet)!!!! Obviously we can't take away people's free will to do as they choose, but at least we could put a barrier up on their journey!
