First and foremost you have to remember he is a baby... at his age he should still be with his mother/littermates. You just need to give him more time and he will come around. Make sure you use his name as much as possible and every single time he looks at you after you call his name, give him a treat or lots of love. Soon enough he will be responding to his name.
As for the potty training, you need to be with him and watching him every single second, if you cant watch him he needs to go in his crate or expen... this way you can catch his accidents while they are happening... every time he gets to go in the house, it reinforces the behavior. Again, he is still a little baby so he cant hold it very long... if every two hours isnt enough, start taking him out every hour, you need to try and work around his schedule so that you set him up for success... every time he goes where you want him to you get to praise him, give him treats, and use it as a learning experience.
If you want to start using a litter box or pee pads, start now... sometimes that does work out better for these little guys because they know there is a place in the house where they can go whenever they need to.
GOOD LUCK!!!
