could possibly be a disc situation but either way it is critical as you need pain meds for her if she is crying out in pain and tramadol is prefered by me as nsaids like metacam and rimadyl i am not a big fan of but they do have anti-inflammatory in them but if it was me i would do prednisolone as anti-inflammatory and tramadol as you can mix those -either way take her in - i think my friends dog was diagnosed at 2 or 3 but i can ask her
