i agree as i go to our specialty hospital first thing in er and never go to our er ever as the specialty hospital is 24/7 in our area too
do not go off the steroids without dr instructions but i doubt you are as your dog needs to be on steroids if neurological to get inflamation down- as long as they felt by phone it was not an emergency then i would hold off until tuesday - i usually call specialty hospital and they walk me through it all and if it is critical or not so glad you did that
