Glad he's doing better. Get instructions for taking him off the steroids as you can't just stop them they must be weaned off. Very important. And, yes, the prednisone is a major pee producer. In any emergency I would take my dog to the Glendale Specialty Group as opposed to any other ER. I spent $800 at ER just to be referred to them in the end; so you might as well start there.
