this whole thing reminds me of a girl who wants a doll to dress up - once the novelty wears off - the doll is discarded.....
What's going on in this situation probably happens all the time - not everyone is responsible with small breeds and there's no point in people being upset - Ths person sounds young and has her mind made up if this is all true
I have a feeling she just wants something 'cute' to dress up not realizing a tiny puppy needs ALOT of care.
IF this puppy survives a plane trip and survives being alone for such long periods which is doubtful

I have a feeling the 'novelty' of this whole thing will wear off
