Bo (aka Mom To Hot Rod) saved the day for Miss Phoebe and her owie!

Thanks to Bo for making this collar the same day & shipping next day...Phoebe is now restricted from licking where she isn't supposed to...

The item was exactly what I expected and worth every penny & more!
