yeah does not matter it is a genetic deffect
it can pop up at any time if there is a weakness in the neck area
do you take her to a groomer as they use those noose things and if she gets blood work at vet and gets stressed and twists neck wrong etc anything can trigger this so think back before this started did anything occur like grooming or vet visit
