Hi everyone, recently my little girl will let out a cry if you make a sudden move and/or scare her. So I started feeling on her and she doesn't make a noise, then I turned her head left and right and she lets out a cry, something hurts her. Do you guys know what could be wrong with her?

She does play with my other two yorkies.
