Honestly, I would get him to a vet asap. Something is not right imo. If your vet is closed, take him to an Emergency Clinic. It really sounds like he needs to be seen by a neurologist as quickly as possible. I don't know how realistic that will be on a weekend...but a vet of any kind will be better than none.
