How old is your puppy and what have you been feeding him? Have you changed foods from what the breeder was feeding? Is it possible he's eating too much, and getting sick from that, how much is he eating? It is common for puppies/dogs to get car sick but to continue to be sick isn't right. If it's not a food changing problem, I would call your vet.
