Confused New Yorkie Throwing Up

I just brought my new Yorkie Khaos home yesterday and everything was great except he wouldnt use the puppy pads. We have a wonderful evening( so I thought). There was no whining during the night but I awoke to the unpleasant surprise of throw-up and a bowel movement in Khaos' cage. I figure no big deal maybe the cage is too big. He ate this morning and played. On the way to the vet he threw up again in the car and again when we arrived at the vet's offiice. He did great during his check up. On the ride home once the car was stoppped he threw up again. The vet said it was just car sickness and it will pass. Well I placed him in his cage and went to run some errands. An hour later, he had thrown up again in his cage. I cleaned the cage and at this point he reeks with a very foul smell. I gave him a bath and he still stinks. I put him back in his cage for a little to clean a little and he slept. When he heard me enter the room he threw up again. I am totally confused now. It seems only the car and the cage are the place where he throws up. Can some one help?????
