Mmmm yummy, here's my recipe for Taco Pie... it's so tasty and simple to make, great for families, too!

Ingredients:
one container of Pillsbury crescent rolls
one lb. ground beef
one packet taco seasoning
one small container of sour cream (8oz?)
one 16oz package shredded mexican style or fiesta blend cheese
one bag tortilla chips, crushed

Directions:
Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Unroll the crescent rolls flat on the counter. They will have a perferated cut right in the middle with four rolls on the top and four on the bottom. Don't separate the rolls, but separate at the perferated middle, and in a 8 or 9 inch baking dish, line the bottom of your dish with the first half of the crescent dough, then the second half right on top of the first. It sounds confusing, but consider it the first layer of your "pie!" Place in the oven and bake the same amount of time that's on the crescent roll package. While those are baking, brown the ground beef and add the taco seasoning. When your crescent dough is done, top with the seasoned ground beef, then add the sour cream, cheese, and crushed tortilla chips to the baking dish. Put back in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Remove and enjoy, serve it like lasagna!
