She is still on her puppy kibble twice a day which she has been eating since I got her at 12 weeks so I do not believe the food is the problem. I tried giving her "Greenies" but she does not seem to like them so much. She is in the middle of her teething and I am wondering if that might have something to do with it.

has she been spay? get her baby teeth pulled out when spay as bacteria can lead to periodontal disease and this breed is very prone. Start brushing her teeth now with gauze or chlorhexedine wipes from dr foster and smith to keep bacteria in mouth down and start her young so she gets use to her teeth being brushed
