I know that this may sound daft but, I think sometimes people forget to do it.
Talk to her continuously throughout the day and even when you think she is not paying any attention. Speech is a tremendous therapy to young puppies. Its comforting and makes them feel secure. Although I,ve had dogs all my life (over 60 yrs) Yuriy Ivanovich was my first Yorkie. He is SSSSSSSSSSS00000 different to all my other breeds. He does not want to go walkies. He,d rather just stay indoors with us around, play with his toys etc etc. Now at 10 months he loves people (is scared of other dogs 'cause he does not come into contact with any) and loves to "speak" to them all the time. Although we don,t have kids in the house whenever he comes into contact with kids I try to get them to be calm and reduce noise levels so the young 'un has nothing to be afraid of.
Talk, talk and talk yourself silly at times. It will work. Don,t talk to us. talk to her!!!!!!!!!
God luck. She will come thru', like all other little 'uns.
