I've been doing some checking into these products and the more I read, the more confusing it gets. They should offer classes so you would know exactly what your doing.
It says to use a purifying mask or balsam with the Purifying shampoo. The Purifying shampoo isn't concentrated, so your going to use it quicker than the Green Apple shampoo that you dilute 1 part shampoo to 5 parts water. It's also recommended for the long hair dogs.
It also says Balsams "must always be used after each shampoo". "Otherwise, the sweat gland (sebaceous gland) goes into overproduction and the dog's skin can become greasy, dry and irritated and /or smelly".
These may be wonderful products, but are very new to the states and I think more information is needed for the customer before making a purchase. Maybe the president in sun City, AZ. could send some kind of brochure or something that has all the information needed to make a more informed decision, especially since these products are expensive.
