could be BUT my maltese had 27 extractions and she never vomitted or gulped food and she had some loose teeth
just comparing mine to what you are dealing with to see if that helps and i am not sure why they need to keep him over night ? is someone with him all night as my demi came home that night no problem after all those extractions.
