ya but what about that last scene? Where he is back to talking to "chuck". I think I have decided that he wasn't "cured" he lapsed back the next day- was talking to "chuck" and the shiny metal thing he saw was what they were going to use to do the brain surgery. Didn't Chuck nod to the doctor? hmmm.... i hate books that make you think AFTER you are done reading .. but man what a GOOD book.
