The best way to get back on her, not in an unresonable way, is to file a complain through Better Business Bureau, you can do so at www.bbb.com, all you have to do is file your complain, NOT about the feedback but the fact that you PAID and did not recieve any goods, and they will do the rest in investigation, because it really does hurt their reputations and stuff, I had to do that to T-mobile once because they were suppose to send me a phone and they never did, after I filed a complain on BBB, and the next day, T-mobile called me and resolve the problem...
so try that,
