Pixie went through this as well and it is just an age thing. What I did is every time she bit me while playing I would yell ouch and stop playing with her for about 3 min. I would also give her a toy to chew on. She eventually stopped around 12 weeks. They are just curious and trying to express themselves but you have to teach them not to bite by giving them something else to bite on and yelling ouch. lol It worked for me. I also got my puppy at 8 weeks and they say that that is to early bc them mom teaches them not to bare down when playing. Since they don't have their mom to teach them we have to do it. Make sure you are loving about it don't turn it into a negative thing. Yelling ouch and standing up and turning your back on them is ok. It just teaches them that if they bite the playing stops. Make sure you give them a toy to chew on. Good luck
