I feed each group, but there are several different proteins within each group. Chicken, Turkey and Duck are Poultry, Beef and Lamb are red meat, and Salmon, Herring etc. is fish. So there are different protein sources from each group. I suppose you could keep one whole food group in case allergies if you wanted. Rotating proteins can help prevent allergies, bc they're not eating one thing their whole life...but you do want to keep some separate just in case. Hope that makes sense.
