We grew Barkley's hair out and we loved the long hair but we got tired of the poop sticking and him getting pee on himself. I was bathing him too often. Which I can't stop!!! We finally cut Barkley's hair, it's very short and I still can't get him to stop getting pee on him. I love my baby but I hate the stink. please help! What good wipes are out there? Body spray? |
Barkley may have retained baby teeth, you can check that for yourself or have your vet do that, he will have to have them pulled if he has any remaining.
Have you shaved down his belly? I do that to my males so the pee pee can't stick to them, works great! And you don't have to keep their coat short when you shave the belly.
Rawhide is what you want to refrain from giving him. Bully sticks are a great alternative, and very safe. I don't recommend Greenies!
