You know...I'm not really sure if he is "snapping". When we meet dogs in the neighborhood he does this thing like he is snapping and growling but he is usually wagging his tail. My neighbors said they thought he was playing but I'm not really sure. He is just alot smaller than my neighbors dogs so I usually just pick him up when he does it. Now the times he has done it with people I think he may really be snapping. The vet didn't really say anything about it but he told us that we need to start working with him, training him....working with him on commands. The only classes that I know of around where I live are at Petsmart. I'll have to check around and see if I can find a class.
