Ellie's vet is so accessible that I can't imagine that type of thing.
And she honestly cares about animals AND people.
It's so irritating what people go through. I'm not opposed to vets making a lot of money. I'm opposed to some ot their attitudes.
A lot of vets do seem to have that, "It's just a dog" look or "I'd really not being seeing a small dog right now." That, imo, is not acceptable. |
yep and when i questioned it the receptionist who i really like felt so bad and sad that is her new policy and i said that is fine but she needs to let her clients know that by sending out a letter or someone should have let me know and i never asked to be called as i did not need her take on it as i just saw a specialist lollll The blood work was from dr dodds and when dd was diagnosed hypothyroid and she proceeded to ask me what mvd was to boot and asked me for dr dodds liver cleansing diet then sent me a bill - uh i think the fact that i had to send her a diet and explain mvd alone i should not have been charged. Also I had been to her once all year so not like i call or walk in or anything - very sad but I have to bite my tongue as she is the only natural vet in my area and very good with the dogs and i have been looking elsewhere and have another one but she is more on the same page with me about care so I just have to suck it up but everytime i fax blood work now i tell them to write on there DO NOT CALL ME lollll If she is going to charge me she is going to TOUCH MY DOG lollll and my dog will come in there to see her so i think she gets the picture now lol
oh you will get a kick out of this too if you fax more than 4 pages she charges per page so now i just drop off blood work and info from dentist etc for the file lollllll
