A breeder, any dog breeder whether it's a small breed, medium breed or large breed does not allow puppies to go at 6 weeks. Well, any responsible breeder. The pup learns so much between the ages of 6-10 weeks old from the mom and their other sibblings. They learn to respect each other, learn that biting can hurt, and learn what they are going to be when they grow up! Do you know how long a wolf cub stays with his mother in the wild. You would me amazed. Why does the cub stay with it's mother for 1-2 years? So it can learn how to survive and learn how to survive in the pack.
A 10-12 week old pup is still as cute as a 6 week old pup!
