I too must be a lucky one. I have worked with a lot of different vets and I will say personality clashes between customers and vets do exist. I actually grew up in our clinic, and it is comforting to know that our clinic is up to date on technology and they work closely with the University. Therefore, they will do many procedures there that a lot of other vets will refer elsewhere, and if they dont' know they WILL find out. It is a group of three or four different vets, and there is not a single one of them that I wouldn't trust. Of course, they are expensive.
